3. Payments & Fess

All payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the service proposal or invoice.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Ongoing services require timely monthly payments.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Respond to communication requests in a timely manner.

  • Provide required access (CRM, hosting, domains, etc.) when necessary.

  • Approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays in client communication may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client owns the final approved website or deliverables.

  • 3A's Digital.com retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All proprietary tools, systems, templates, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of 3A's Digital.

6. Limitation of Liability

3A's Digital is not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform outages (e.g., GHL, hosting providers.)

  • Data loss due to platform issues.

  • Client misuse of systems after project completion.

  • Business losses resulting from marketing performance fluctuations.

All services are provided "as is" without guarantess of specific revenue results.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information without consent.

Clients agree not to share proprietary strategies, workflows, or internal systems provided by 3A's Digital.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in writing.

Upon termination:

  • Outstanding payments remain due.

  • Access to systems or platforms managed by 3A's Digital may be revoked.

  • Completed work up to termination date will be delivered upon full payment.

9. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the site.

  • Copy or redistribute content without permission.

10. Changes to Terms
